2. Refunds will not be processed after an order has been executed. However, if the User wishes to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, they must contact the customer care team within one hour of payment. Refund issuance in such cases is at the discretion of the Website.

3. Technical delays or glitches during the processing of requests, such as report generation by the service provider (Astrologer), do not qualify for refund claims. Users acknowledge that timelines are approximate, and the Website will make every effort to adhere to the displayed timelines.

4. Refunds will not be processed due to incorrect information provided by the User. Users are urged to exercise caution while providing information and must review the filled information before submitting. Requests for information changes can be made within one hour of the service execution by contacting customer care.

5. No refunds will be processed for the return of damaged products. Users are fully responsible for any damage post-delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, users will be charged for the product cost and applicable shipping/custom/courier charges if the product is returned.

6. Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered for delays in activating subscription services. Damage during transit will be handled by the Website and its agencies.

11. Refund for multiple payments for the same order will be processed in full without deductions, retaining only the cost of one single order.

12. The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including non-availability of the service or inaccuracies in pricing information. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount paid for booking will be refunded.

5. No refund will be processed for the return of any damaged product. The User acknowledges and agrees that by ordering any product displayed on the Website, the Registered User assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the product post-delivery. For orders made via the "Cash on Delivery" method, the User will be charged for the cost of the product as displayed on the Website, in addition to shipping/custom/courier charges if the product is returned.

Users who opt for this feature are advised to keep the contact number in full coverage and must answer the call when received. No refund will be processed for any connected call.

9. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway, to and fro the cost of shipping and/or courier charges (with regard to the purchase of a product listed on the Website), customs duty (if levied), and any other charges incurred by the Website during processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable

In the event that the Website or the Payment gateway's webpage linked to the Website experiences any server-related issues, such as 'slow down,' 'failure,' or 'session timeout,' Users are advised to check whether their Bank Account has been debited before initiating a second payment. Users have the following options: a. If the Bank Account appears to be debited, refrain from making the payment twice and immediately contact the Website via customer care to confirm payment. b. If the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment

11. In cases where the Website is unable to accept and must cancel orders, the Website, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
